Q: How long does delivery take? We deliver across India within 5–7 business days. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) typically receive orders in 3–5 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A small shipping fee applies for orders below ₹999.

Q: How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this link to track your order in real time.

Q: Do you ship outside India? Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon!

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange? Visit our Exchange and Return Request page, enter your order details, and follow the steps. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size? Absolutely! Size exchanges are our most common request. Simply raise an exchange request and mention the size you need. Subject to availability.

Q: How long does the refund take? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.

Q: What age group do your clothes fit? Our collection is designed for boys aged 3-4 to 13-14 years. Each product page has a detailed size chart to help you pick the right size.

Q: How do I choose the right size for my child? We recommend measuring your child's chest and height and comparing with the size chart on each product page. When in doubt, size up — kids grow fast!

Q: Are your fabrics safe for children? Yes! All our fabrics are soft, skin-friendly, and tested for children's wear. We use premium cottons and breathable blends sourced from our trusted suppliers.

Q: How should I wash Tututree clothing? Machine wash cold (30°C) on gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry embroidered or delicate pieces. Iron on medium heat. Wash dark colours separately for the first wash.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery available? Yes, COD is available on all orders across India.
